Crockpot Potato Soup

  • 1 bag 30oz bag of frozen Hashbrowns
  • 1 whole onion
  • 3 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • a block of cream cheese
  • a bag of shredded cheddar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic and onion powder to taste
Throw all ingredients into the crockpot on low for 8-10 hours, and enjoy. I topped mine with more cheese, bacon, and green onion. I'll be having this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner until it's gone! It's so delicious!
